Return & Refund Policy

Overview

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your online course, ebook, and paperback book purchase which is why we offer a full refund as a store credit or exchange your purchased online course with a different online course, ebook, and paperback book or consulting service with less than or equal to the original purchased price when applicable within 30 days of receiving your order or online delivery. Unfortunately, this policy doesn’t apply to print-on-demand products for our merch since custom artwork is already printed on clothing and accessories. Our fulfillment partners do not have a return or exchange policy to make this option possible. However, we always appreciate your support!

Please note the following exceptions to our refund and exchange policy:

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND

  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible, if you’re not completely satisfied with the purchased course.
  • To be eligible, the online course must be faulty or damaged due to our error.
  • We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.

ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Any online course item not in its original condition is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any online course that is purchased more than 30 days after online delivery.
  • Gift cards

If you believe you received an incorrect online course and ebook link, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your email.


REFUNDS

  • Refunds are only in-store credit.
  • Refunds are processed within (15) business days.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

Doodling Web Designs reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of online course products
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
